Payments for membership and donations can be made by sending a check to The New Jersey Academy of Medical Psychologists, LLC or by using our secure credit card link.

All payments and donations become the property of the New Jersey Academy of Medical Psychologists, LLC. 

Names and addresses of members, supporters and donators to the New Jersey Academy of Medical Psychologists, LLC are not shared or distributed to other associations or mailing lists.  Unless prohibited in writing or by email members, supporters and donators to the New Jersey Academy of Medical Psychologists, LLC may be identified as supporters of NJAMP and it's goals.
